BlogByte is a production-ready blog platform built as a monorepo with a React (Vite) frontend and a FastAPI Python backend. Users can sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth (powered by Supabase Auth), making onboarding frictionless and secure. The platform includes an AI writing assistant powered by Groq — giving authors fast, LLM-generated suggestions and content help directly within the editor. The backend uses Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data persistence, Redis for caching, and Doppler for secure environment and secrets management — keeping credentials completely out of the codebase. The entire project lives in a single monorepo deployed to Vercel, with the frontend and API cleanly separated.
