ReliefTrace is a disaster relief coordination dashboard built to make humanitarian aid more transparent and verifiable. Anyone can log a relief contribution without creating an account or making a payment. Each contribution is recorded in Snowflake and anchored to a public Solana devnet transaction, creating a permanent, verifiable record of the delivery. The platform combines three key technologies: • Snowflake — Tracks district-level need and relief data using real affected-population data and humanitarian standards. Dashboard panels are powered by SQL queries and Redis caching. • Solana — Contributions are recorded through Memo-program transactions containing the district, resource, quantity, and donor information. The resulting transaction signature can be verified publicly. • Google Gemini AI — Provides AI-powered situation briefings that prioritize districts by urgency and allows users to ask questions about live relief data using natural language. The application is built with FastAPI, React, Vite, Snowflake, Redis, Solana, and Google Gemini. It also includes live SSE updates, PDF export, and email confirmation. The project deliberately focuses on tracking physical aid rather than money, with no logins, payment processing, or admin panels.
