Magento 2 upgrade dependency broker: finds upgrade blockers in one scan, then an IBM Bob agent fixes the safe ones and verifies.

Built for the IBM Bob 2.0 Hackathon. MageBroker scans a Magento 2 store for the dependency problems that break upgrades: version conflicts, missing packages, PHP blockers, circular or missing module load order, and duplicate di.xml preferences. A custom IBM Bob mode then runs three parallel subagents, writes an ordered fix plan, applies only the safe fixes and re-scans to prove them. On the sample store it cut 6 findings to 1 and raised the health score from 10 to 80, leaving the risky change to a human with the exact composer command. 37 automated tests; exits with code 1 on critical findings so it can gate CI.
